The Pottstown Trojans football team (Pottstown, PA), was knocked off 38-12 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Upper Perkiomen Indians (Pennsburg, PA)
The Indians (2-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Phoenixville (Phoenixville, PA). The Phantoms come into the Pioneer - Frontier challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Phoenixville knocked off Pottsgrove (Pottsgrove, PA), 14-7, in a league challenge.
The Trojans now sport a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pope John Paul II for a Pioneer - Frontier challenge on Saturday, October 15. Pottstown will meet a team coming off a 39-20 league win over Upper Merion Area (King of Prussia, PA). The record now stands at 7-0.
