Virginia High School Football - Ridgeview defeats Union

In Friday's league match, the host Ridgeview football squad scored a good 20-11 victory over the Union Bears.

In their next game, the clash with the John Battle Trojans (Bristol, VA) in a Mountain bout, on Friday, October 14. Ridgeview will attempt to advance on its 6-0 season record. The Trojans enter the bout with a 1-5 record after their 41-14 league loss to Central Wise (Norton, VA).

The Bears (4-3) will now prepare for their bout against Central Wise (Norton, VA). The Warriors enter the Mountain bout with a 3-3 record. In their last bout, Central Wise defeated John Battle (Bristol, VA), 41-14, in a league bout.
