The Wellsboro Hornets (Wellsboro, PA) football routed the visiting Wyalusing Valley Rams (Wyalusing, PA), 41-6 in Friday's league bout.
In their next game, the Hornets clash with the South Williamsport Mountaineers (South Williamsport, PA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, October 14. Wellsboro will attempt to move on its 1-6 season record. The Mountaineers enter the bout with a 3-3 record after their 21-14 league loss to Muncy (Muncy, PA).
The Rams (2-5) will now prepare for their bout against Loyalsock Township (Williamsport, PA). The Lancers enter the non-league bout with a 6-1 record. In their last bout, Loyalsock Township walloped Lewisburg (Lewisburg, PA), 41-7, in a league bout.
