Jackson-Reed Tigers (Washington, DC) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Flint Hill Huskies (Oakton, VA), 6-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Tigers face the St. John's Cadets (Washington, DC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 11. Jackson-Reed will attempt to better on its 7-1 season record. The Cadets enter the challenge with a 9-0 record after their 1-0 league win over Bishop O'Connell (Arlington, VA).
The Huskies now have a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Episcopal for a ISL challenge on Tuesday, October 11. Flint Hill will face a Maroon team coming off a 6-4 league win over St. Andrew's Episcopal (Potomac, MD). The Maroon record now stands at 7-2.
