In Friday's non-league battle, the host Trinity Academy Tigers soccer squad scored a good 9-0 triumph over the St. Thomas More Academy Chancellors.
The Tigers (12-4) will now prepare for their battle against St. David's (Raleigh, NC). The Warriors come into the NCISAA Capital City battle with a 5-7 record. In their last battle, St. David's was overwhelmed by GRACE Christian (Raleigh, NC), 2-1, in a league battle.
The Chancellors (6-10) will now prepare for their battle against Neuse Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC). The Lions come into the NCISAA Raleigh battle with a 2-11 record. In their last battle, Neuse Christian Academy was overwhelmed by Thales Academy Rolesville (Rolesville, NC), 3-0, in a league battle.
