The Browne Bruins volleyball team (Phoenix, AZ), was nudged 2-1 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Apache Junction Prospectors (Apache Junction, AZ)

The Prospectors (8-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Copper Canyon (Glendale, AZ). The Aztecs enter the non-league challenge with a 1-13 record.

Coming up next, the Bruins play the McClintock Chargers (Tempe, AZ) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, October 8. Browne will attempt to upgrade on its 2-10 season record. The Chargers go into the bout with a 17-9 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Lake Havasu (Lake Havasu City, AZ).
