In Friday's non-league battle, the host Saint Joseph Jesters volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the JW North Huskies.
The Jesters (12-7) will now prepare for their battle against Redlands (Redlands, CA). The Terriers come into the non-league battle with a 23-6 record. In their last battle, Redlands achieved victory over South Pasadena (South Pasadena, CA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Huskies clash with the Palm Desert Aztecs (Palm Desert, CA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, October 8. JW North will attempt to advance on its 13-14 season record. The Aztecs come into the contest with a 10-10 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Mayfield (Pasadena, CA).
