The Ledyard Colonels volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Killingly Redmen to 0 in the Colonels non-league victory on Friday.
The Colonels now possess a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bacon Academy for a Eastern Connecticut - Large game on Wednesday, October 12. Ledyard will meet a Bobcats team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over New London (New London, CT). The Bobcats record now stands at 7-6.
The Redmen (3-9) will now prepare for their game against Putnam (Putnam, CT). The Clippers enter the non-league game with a 5-6 record. In their last game, Putnam was dropped by Hale Ray (Moodus, CT), 3-0, in a non-league game.
