The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Southeast Cyclones (Yoder, WY) and the host Upton Bobcats (Upton, WY), saw Southeast's volleyball squad beat Upton by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Southeast upgrades its record to 15-5 on the year. The Cyclones host HEM (Hanna, WY) to play the Miners in a 1A Southeast bout on Friday, October 7. The Miners go into the bout with a record of 0-11. HEM lost 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Encampment (Encampment, WY)

The Bobcats now own a 4-11 record. They play next when they travel to Newcastle for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 13. Upton will play a Dogies squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Wheatland (Wheatland, WY). The Dogies record now stands at 14-11.
