The Mauldin Mavericks volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Legacy Early College Lions to 0 in the Mavericks non-league victory on Saturday.
The Mavericks now possess a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wade Hampton for a non-league game on Tuesday, October 10. Mauldin will meet a Generals team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over James F. Byrnes (Duncan, SC). The Generals record now stands at 19-5.
The Lions (0-5) will now prepare for their game against Fort Mill (Fort Mill, SC). The Yellow Jackets enter the non-league game with a 9-10 record. In their last game, Fort Mill defeated Airport (West Columbia, SC), 3-0, in a non-league game.
