The Canton Warriors football squad scored 45 points and limited the visiting Montgomery Red Raiders to 12 in the Warriors non-league win on Saturday.

The Warriors now possess a 7-0 record. They play next when they travel to Athens for a Northern Tier - Large battle on Friday, October 13. Canton will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 7-6 league win over North Penn-Mansfield (Mansfield, PA). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-5.

Coming up next, the Red Raiders play the Warrior Run Defenders (Turbotville, PA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, October 13. Montgomery will attempt to advance on its 1-6 season record. The Defenders go into the battle with a 4-3 record after their 42-7 league win over Midd-West (Middleburg, PA).
