In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Dover Senators football squad scored a good 28-14 victory over the William Penn Colonials.
In their next game, the Senators clash with the St. Georges Tech Hawks (Middletown, DE) in a 3A District 2 match, on Saturday, October 14. Dover will attempt to move on its 5-0 season record. The Hawks enter the match with a 2-3 record after their 34-13 non-league loss to Salesianum (Wilmington, DE).
The Colonials (3-2) will now prepare for their match against Salesianum (Wilmington, DE). The Sallies enter the 3A District 1 match with a 4-1 record. In their last match, Salesianum thwarted St. Georges Tech (Middletown, DE), 34-13, in a non-league match.
