Washington High School Football - Forks overwhelms Friday Harbor

October 7, 2023: Forks, WA 98331

The crowd at Saturday's non-league contest between the Forks Spartans (Forks, WA) and the visiting Friday Harbor Wolverines (Friday Harbor, WA), observed Forks's football squad bounce Friday Harbor by a count of 40-6.

The Spartans now own a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Coupeville for a non-league contest on Friday, October 13. Forks will play a Wolves squad coming off a 50-7 non-league loss to Bellingham (Bellingham, WA). The Wolves record now stands at 1-5.

Coming up next, the Wolverines play the LaConner Braves (LaConner, WA) in a 2B Northwest contest, on Friday, October 13. Friday Harbor will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Braves go into the contest with a 1-4 record after their 30-0 non-league win over Mabton (Mabton, WA).
