The Frederick Gunn Highlanders (Washington, CT) football nudged the visiting Millbrook School Mustangs (Millbrook, NY), 24-22 in Saturday's league bout.
In their next game, the Highlanders face the Forman Lions (Litchfield, CT) in a NEPSAC 8-Man (8 Man) bout, on Saturday, October 21. Frederick Gunn will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record.
The Mustangs (1-2) will now prepare for their bout against Holderness (Plymouth, NH). The Bulls enter the NEPSAC 8-Man (8 Man) bout with a 2-1 record. In their last bout, Holderness held off Hebron Academy (Hebron, ME), 34-12, in a league bout.
