Colorado High School Football - Springfield routed by Holly

The Springfield Longhorns football team (Springfield, CO), was ripped 46-12 in Saturday's league challenge with the visiting Holly Wildcats (Holly, CO)

The Wildcats (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against McClave (McClave, CO). The Cardinals come into the A-8 Ark Valley (8 Man) challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, McClave trounced Las Animas (Las Animas, CO), 59-0, in a league challenge.

The Longhorns now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Swink for a A-8 Ark Valley (8 Man) challenge on Saturday, October 14. Springfield will meet a Lions team coming off a 50-7 league win over Wiley (Wiley, CO). The Lions record now stands at 2-4.
