California High School Football - Novato nips San Rafael

In Saturday's non-league match, the host Novato Hornets football squad scored a close 7-3 victory over the San Rafael Bulldogs.

In their next game, the Hornets clash with the Elite Eagles (Vallejo, CA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, October 14. Novato will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record.

The Bulldogs (3-3) will now prepare for their match against Redwood (Larkspur, CA). The Giants enter the match with a 5-1 record. In their last match, Redwood was nudged by San Marin (Novato, CA), 20-0, in a league match.
