The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the New Smyrna Beach Barracudas (New Smyrna Beach, FL) and the host Seabreeze Sandcrabs (Daytona Beach, FL), saw New Smyrna Beach's volleyball squad beat Seabreeze by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, New Smyrna Beach upgrades its record to 15-6 on the year. The Barracudas travel to DeLand (DeLand, FL) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 7. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 3-1. DeLand won 2-0 in their recent league bout against University (Orange City, FL)

The Sandcrabs now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Mainland for a bout on Tuesday, October 10.
