In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Linsly Cadets soccer squad scored a close 6-0 win over the St. Joseph Central Irish.
The Cadets (9-2) will now prepare for their battle against Catholic Central (Steubenville, OH). The Crusaders go into the battle with a 7-4 record.
The Irish (12-6) will now prepare for their battle against Huntington (Huntington, WV). The Highlanders go into the non-league battle with a 10-6 record. In their last battle, Huntington was overwhelmed by Parkersburg (Parkersburg, WV), 4-3, in a non-league battle.
