The Trojans (18-11) will now prepare for their battle against Crescent City Christian (Metairie, LA). The Pioneers come into the non-league battle with a 14-10 record. In their last battle, Crescent City Christian nudged A.J. Ellender (Houma, LA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Cardinals clash with the Booker T. Washington Lions (New Orleans, LA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, October 7. Academy of the Sacred Heart will attempt to advance on its 19-10 season record. The Lions come into the battle with a 9-13 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Central Lafourche (Raceland, LA).
