The Williamstown Yellowjackets held off the host Buffalo Bison volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Yellowjackets now have a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hoover for a non-league test on Saturday, October 7. Williamstown will confront a Huskies team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Liberty (Glen Daniel, WV). The Huskies record now stands at 15-11.

The Bison (25-3) will now prepare for their test against Sissonville (Charleston, WV). The Indians enter the non-league test with a 2-25 record. In their last test, Sissonville was nudged by Logan (Logan, WV), 2-0, in a non-league test.
