Nebraska High School Volleyball - Milford tips Central Valley

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Milford Eagles (Milford, NE) and the host Central Valley Cougars (Greeley, NE), saw Milford's volleyball squad nip Central Valley by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Milford upgrades its record to 11-12 on the year. The Eagles travel to Southern Valley (Oxford, NE) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 7. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 12-6. Southern Valley won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Alma (Alma, NE)

The Cougars now own a 14-7 record. They play next when they travel to Thayer Central for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 7. Central Valley will play a Titans squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Blue Hill (Blue Hill, NE). The Titans record now stands at 19-2.
