The Cornell Chiefs volleyball team (Cornell, WI), went down 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Webster Tigers (Webster, WI)

The Tigers (26-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Phillips (Phillips, WI). The Loggers come into the non-league challenge with a 24-3 record. In their last challenge, Phillips defeated Athens (Athens, WI), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Chiefs confront the Flambeau Falcons (Tony, WI) in a Lakeland - East test, on Tuesday, October 10. Cornell will attempt to improve on its 14-3 season record. The Falcons enter the test with a 7-14 record after their 3-0 league win over Birchwood (Birchwood, WI).
