The East Union Lancers volleyball team (Manteca, CA), was dropped 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Dinuba Emperors (Dinuba, CA)

The Emperors (10-14) will now prepare for their challenge against Tulare Western (Tulare, CA). The Mustangs enter the West Yosemite challenge with a 21-13 record. In their last challenge, Tulare Western was dropped by Mission Oak (Tulare, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Lancers encounter the Oakdale Mustangs (Oakdale, CA) in a Valley Oak League challenge, on Tuesday, October 10. East Union will attempt to move on its 14-15 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 13-13 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to El Capitan (Merced, CA).
