The Panthers (11-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Glenwood City (Glenwood City, WI). The Hilltoppers enter the non-league challenge with a 1-17 record. In their last challenge, Glenwood City went down by Colfax (Colfax, WI), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Lakers encounter the Clayton Bears (Clayton, WI) in a Lakeland - Central challenge, on Tuesday, October 10. Shell Lake will attempt to move on its 12-14 season record. The Bears enter the challenge with a 8-21 record after their 3-1 league win over Northwood (Minong, WI).
