With the win, Marshall upgrades its record to 23-6 on the year. The Barristers travel to Cleveland (Reseda, CA) to play the Cavaliers in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 7. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a record of 12-14. Cleveland lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Taft (Woodland Hills, CA)

The Lions now own a 5-16 record. They play next when they travel to Heritage Christian for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 7. Fairfax will play a Warriors squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Village Christian (Sun Valley, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 10-7.
