The Jefferson J-Hawks volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Yorkville Christian Mustangs to 0 in the J-Hawks non-league victory on Saturday.

The J-Hawks now possess a 5-20 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Boylan Catholic for a Northern Illinois NIC-10 game on Tuesday, October 10. Jefferson will meet a Titans team coming off a 2-0 league win over Rockford East (Rockford, IL). The Titans record now stands at 14-11.

The Mustangs (8-16) will now prepare for their game against Chicago Christian (Palos Heights, IL). The Knights enter the non-league game with a 13-15 record. In their last game, Chicago Christian defeated Stagg (Palos Hills, IL), 2-0, in a non-league game.
