The Poplar Bluff Mules volleyball team (Poplar Bluff, MO), was dropped 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Kirkwood Pioneers (Kirkwood, MO)

The Pioneers (14-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Incarnate Word Academy (St. Louis, MO). The Red Knights enter the non-league challenge with a 18-8 record. In their last challenge, Incarnate Word Academy defeated Cor Jesu Academy (St. Louis, MO), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mules meet the Advance Hornets (Advance, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 7. Poplar Bluff will attempt to move on its 9-15 season record. The Hornets enter the challenge with a 22-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Zalma (Zalma, MO).
