Merino Rams (Merino, CO) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Sedgwick County Cougars (Julesburg, CO), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Rams clash with the Kit Carson Wildcats (Kit Carson, CO) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, October 10. Merino will attempt to advance on its 14-0 season record. The Wildcats come into the match with a 11-8 record after their 3-2 league loss to Cheraw (Cheraw, CO).

With the loss, Sedgwick County drops to 12-4 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Fleming (Fleming, CO) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league match on Thursday, October 12. The Wildcats come into the match with a record of 9-7. Fleming lost 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Simla (Simla, CO)
