The North Iowa Bison volleyball team (Buffalo Center, IA), went down 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting West Bend-Mallard Wolverines (West Bend, IA)

The Wolverines (14-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Storm Lake St. Mary (Storm Lake, IA). The Panthers come into the Twin Lakes challenge with a 0-13 record. In their last outing, Storm Lake St. Mary was topped by Sioux Central (Sioux Rapids, IA), 3-0, in a league outing.

The Bison now own a 13-11 record. They play next when they host North Union for a Top of Iowa - West challenge on Saturday, October 7. North Iowa will encounter a Warriors team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Belmond-Klemme (Belmond, IA). The Warriors record now stands at 11-9.
