The Pleasant Hill Billies (Pleasant Hill, OR) volleyball overcame the visiting Scio Loggers (Scio, OR), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.
With the win, Pleasant Hill upgrades its record to 19-2 on the year. The Billies host Burns (Burns, OR) to face the Hilanders in a non-league outing on Saturday, October 7. The Hilanders go into the outing with a record of 29-4. Burns won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Vale (Vale, OR)
The Loggers now own a 10-6 record. They play next when they travel to Taft for a 3A PacWest outing on Tuesday, October 10. Scio will face a Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Sheridan (Sheridan, OR). The Tigers record now stands at 5-11.
