Kentucky High School Volleyball - Scott County tips Wolfe County

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Scott County Cardinals (Georgetown, KY) and the host Wolfe County Wolves (Campton, KY), saw Scott County's volleyball squad nip Wolfe County by a score of 2-1.

The Cardinals now have a 13-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Jessamine for a non-league test on Monday, October 9. Scott County will confront a Jaguars team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Great Crossing (Georgetown, KY). The Jaguars record now stands at 7-18.

The Wolves (20-10) will now prepare for their test against Frederick Douglass (Lexington, KY). The Broncos enter the non-league test with a 19-13 record. In their last test, Frederick Douglass held off Central Hardin (Cecilia, KY), 2-1, in a non-league test.
