The Monarchs go into the bout with a record of 13-1. Umpqua Valley Christian won 3-2 in their recent league bout against North Douglas (Drain, OR)

The Redsides now own a 18-9 record. They play next when they travel to Prairie City for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 7. South Wasco County will play a Panthers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Harper (Harper, OR). The Panthers record now stands at 12-7.
