In Monday's league challenge, the host Catholic Memorial Crusaders volleyball team scored a close 3-2 victory over the Muskego Warriors.

The Crusaders (6-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Waukesha North (Waukesha, WI). The Northstars enter the Classic Eight challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Waukesha North was tipped by Kimberly (Kimberly, WI), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Warriors meet the Marquette University Hilltoppers (Milwaukee, WI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 8. Muskego will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Hilltoppers enter the challenge with a 11-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Brookfield East (Brookfield, WI).
