The Wyalusing Valley Rams held off the host Sullivan County Griffins soccer team by a tally of 3-2 in Monday's non-league game.
Next, the Rams clash with the Troy Trojans (Troy, PA) in a PIAA District IV-AA game, on Wednesday, October 9. Wyalusing Valley will attempt to advance on its 9-4 season record. The Trojans come into the game with a 13-1 record after their 7-0 non-league win over Jersey Shore (Jersey Shore, PA).
The Griffins (6-8) will now prepare for their game against Meadowbrook Christian (Milton, PA). The come into the non-league game with a 9-5 record. In their last game, Meadowbrook Christian was nipped by Millville (Millville, PA), 6-1, in a non-league game.
