Washington High School Football - Davenport thwarted by Liberty

Liberty Lancers (Spangle, WA) fans went home in high spirits Monday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Davenport Gorillas (Davenport, WA), 26-6 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Liberty improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Lancers host Colfax (Colfax, WA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Tuesday, October 15. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a record of 4-0.
The Gorillas now have a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Kettle Falls for a non-league battle on Monday, October 14. Davenport will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 28-14 non-league loss to Reardan (Reardan, WA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-4.
