The Bluejays (10-2) will now prepare for their outing against Waterloo (Atwater, OH). The Vikings go into the Mahoning Valley Athletic - Scarlet outing with a 5-8 record. In their last outing, Waterloo was edged by Chippewa (Doylestown, OH), 4-0, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Mustangs play the Lordstown Red Devils (Warren, OH) in a Northeastern outing, on Wednesday, October 9. Mathews will attempt to improve on its 3-10 season record. The Red Devils come into the game with a 1-12 record after their 5-1 non-league loss to LaBrae (Leavittsburg, OH).
