In Monday's non-league outing, the visiting Lincoln-Way West Warriors soccer squad scored a tight 3-2 victory over the Minooka Indians.
The Warriors (8-5) will now prepare for their outing against Andrew (Tinley Park, IL). The Thunderbolts go into the SouthWest Suburban Blue outing with a 12-3 record. In their last outing, Andrew Lincoln-Way East (Frankfort, IL), 1-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the Indians play the Yorkville Foxes (Yorkville, IL) in a Suburban Prairie outing, on Tuesday, October 8. Minooka will attempt to improve on its 2-9 season record. The Foxes go into the outing with a 7-3 record after their 4-1 league win over Plainfield South (Plainfield, IL).
