In Monday's league contest, the Shikellamy Braves (Sunbury, PA) soccer team edged the host Milton Black Panthers (Milton, PA), by a count of 2-1.

Next, the Braves battle the Danville Ironmen (Danville, PA) in a Heartland I contest, on Wednesday, October 9. Shikellamy will attempt to upgrade on its 8-6 season record. The Ironmen enter the contest with a 3-11 record after their 5-1 non-league win over Mifflinburg (Mifflinburg, PA).
