The St. Lawrence Central Larries edged the host Potsdam Sandstoners soccer team by a tally of 2-1 in Monday's non-league game.
Next, the Larries face the St. Regis Falls Saints (St. Regis Falls, NY) in a Section 10 East game, on Friday, October 11. St. Lawrence Central will attempt to advance on its 6-5 season record. The Saints enter the game with a 0-8 record after their 6-1 league loss to Parishville-Hopkinton (Parishville, NY).
The Sandstoners (1-7) will now prepare for their game against Gouverneur (Gouverneur, NY). The Wildcats enter the Section 10 Central game with a 1-2 record.
