Nebraska City Pioneers (Nebraska City, NE) supporters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad topple the visiting Duchesne/Roncalli (Omaha, NE), 12-1 in a league game.

With the triumph, Nebraska City improves its record to 26-4 on the year. The Pioneers host Plattsmouth (Plattsmouth, NE) to play the Blue Devils in a B District 1 game on Monday, October 7. The Blue Devils enter the game with a record of 11-15. Plattsmouth lost 13-0 in their recent non-league game against Beatrice (Beatrice, NE)
