Fort Calhoun Pioneers (Fort Calhoun, NE) supporters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad topple the visiting Gothenburg Swedes (Gothenburg, NE), 15-1 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Fort Calhoun improves its record to 23-5 on the year. The Pioneers host Central City (Central City, NE) to play the Bison in a non-league game on Monday, October 7. The Bison enter the game with a record of 17-14. Central City lost 16-5 in their recent non-league game against Grand Island Central Catholic (Grand Island, NE)
