In Monday's non-league match, the host Hillsboro Hawks softball team scored a nice 10-0 win over the Windsor Owls.

The Hawks (14-8) will now prepare for their match against Herculaneum (Herculaneum, MO). The Black Cats come into the non-league match with a 4-7 record.

In their next game, the Owls confront the Perryville Pirates (Perryville, MO) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, October 8. Windsor will attempt to better on its 7-9 season record. The Pirates come into the match with a 2-13 record after their 12-2 non-league loss to DeSoto (DeSoto, MO).
