In Monday's non-league test, the Roswell Hornets (Roswell, GA) softball squad overwhelmed the host Kennesaw Mountain Mustangs (Kennesaw, GA), by a tally of 14-4.
Next, the Hornets meet the Norcross Blue Devils (Norcross, GA) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, October 9. Roswell will attempt to advance on its 15-6 season record. The Blue Devils go into the test with a 3-21 record after their 9-1 non-league loss to Westminster (Atlanta, GA).
The Mustangs (8-17) will now prepare for their test against Campbell (Smyrna, GA). The Spartans go into the non-league test with a 10-11 record. In their last test, Campbell toppled Paulding County (Dallas, GA), 5-4, in a league test.
