In Monday's non-league challenge, the host Cedar Mountain Cougars volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Granada-Huntley-East Chain/Martin Luther/Truman Jaguars.

The Cougars (10-8) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Mary's (Sleepy Eye, MN). The Knights enter the non-league challenge with a 14-3 record. In their last challenge, St. Mary's beat Madelia (Madelia, MN), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Jaguars meet the Cleveland Clippers (Cleveland, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 10. Granada-Huntley-East Chain/Martin Luther/Truman will attempt to upgrade on its 12-10 season record.
