Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Estill County Engineers (Irvine, KY) and the visiting Danville Admirals (Danville, KY), observed Estill County's volleyball team top Danville by a tally of 3-1.

The Engineers (11-11) will now prepare for their contest against Menifee County (Frenchburg, KY). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 2-15 record. In their last contest, Menifee County beat Bath County (Owingsville, KY), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Admirals meet the Boyle County Rebels (Danville, KY) in a District 45 contest, on Tuesday, October 8. Danville will attempt to upgrade on its 8-11 season record. The Rebels enter the contest with a 16-7 record after their 3-0 league win over Lincoln County (Stanford, KY).
