In Monday's non-league challenge, the host Foothill Knights volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Laguna Beach Breakers.

The Knights (4-23) will now prepare for their challenge against Canyon (Anaheim, CA). The Comanches come into the Crestview challenge with a 14-8 record. In their last challenge, Canyon beat Sunny Hills (Fullerton, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Breakers meet the St. Margaret's Tartans (San Juan Capistrano, CA) in a Pacific Coast challenge, on Thursday, October 10. Laguna Beach will attempt to upgrade on its 5-23 season record.
