In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Pomona Catholic Pacers volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Glendale Adventist Cougars.
The Pacers (23-4) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Bernard (Playa del Rey, CA). The Vikings enter the Santa Fe challenge with a 1-13 record. In their last challenge, St. Bernard was beaten by Bishop Conaty-Loretto (Los Angeles, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Cougars meet the Pilgrim Panthers (Los Angeles, CA) in a Omega challenge, on Tuesday, October 8. Glendale Adventist will attempt to upgrade on its 10-9 season record.
