The Granger Spartans volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Sunnyside Christian Knights to 0 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Monday.

The Spartans now have a 4-8 record. They play next when they host Warden for a 2B EWAC East outing on Tuesday, October 8. Granger will play a Cougars team coming off a 3-2 league win over Tri-Cities Prep (Pasco, WA). The Cougars record now stands at 6-5.

With the loss, Sunnyside Christian drops to 5-5 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Yakama Nation Tribal (Toppenish, WA) to play the Eagles in a 1B Southeast - West outing on Tuesday, October 8. The Eagles come into the outing with a record of 3-5. Yakama Nation Tribal lost 3-2 in their recent league outing against Liberty Christian (Richland, WA)
