The North Pocono Trojans (Covington Township, PA) volleyball knocked off the host Mountain View Eagles (Kingsley, PA), 3-1 in Monday's league bout.

The Trojans now possess a 7-0 record. They play next when they host Western Wayne for a Lackawanna bout on Wednesday, October 9. North Pocono will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 league win over Valley View (Archbald, PA). The Wildcats record now stands at 17-5.

With the loss, Mountain View drops to 12-4 on the campaign. The Eagles host Lackawanna Trail (Factoryville, PA) to clash with the Lions in a Lackawanna bout on Thursday, October 10. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 2-11. Lackawanna Trail lost 3-2 in their recent league bout against Elk Lake (Dimock, PA)
