California High School Flag Football - Poly can't hold off Roosevelt

October 7, 2025: Eastvale, CA 92880

The Roosevelt Mustangs got by the visiting Poly Bears flag football squad by a count of 30-25 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Mustangs now hold a 9-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Great Oak for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 8. Roosevelt will meet a Wolfpack squad coming off a 24-12 league win over Vista Murrieta (Murrieta, CA). The Wolfpack record now stands at 7-7.

With the defeat, Poly drops to 14-10 on the campaign. The Bears host Hillcrest (Riverside, CA) to meet the Trojans in a non-league test on Monday, October 13. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 6-12. Hillcrest lost 14-7 in their recent league test against Hemet (Hemet, CA)
